Forno Medici Foods Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a refund or replacement.

Perishable Products

Our frozen dough balls are perishable and cannot be physically returned once shipped. However, we will assist with orders that arrive damaged, thawed, incorrect, missing, or otherwise compromised.

Requesting a Refund or Replacement

Email info@fornomedicifoods.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging, when applicable

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to appear.

Orders are protected against shipping-related loss, damage, thawing, or theft in transit. Please contact us promptly if your delivery does not arrive as expected.
